Hudson fugitive accused of sexually assaulting child
A Hudson man who escaped a warrant for his arrest since 2021, is now facing multiple felony charges for sexually assaulting a child.
Jamel Brandow was arrested Monday, after he was found in Utica.
Brandow was previously indicted on four counts of raping a child under 11, said Hudson Police.
He was sent to the Columbia County Jail and is due back in court Thursday afternoon.
Brandow is also facing a separate arrest warrant for robbery charges he’s accused of committing last year on Valentine’s Day in the town of Greenport.
