Mattel relaunching Barney for new generation of kids

Barney is being reimagined back to life.
Mattel said Monday they are resurrecting the purple dinosaur in 2024 with tv, movies and YouTube.
Toys, books and clothing are also in the works, with Barney apparel for adults, too.
Mattel says they are looking forward to introducing Barney to a new generation of kids.
