NewsChannel 13 salutes Army National Guard SFC Matthew Ball of Waterford.

He joined the Army National Guard Military Police in 1999 and served in Operation Iraqi Freedom from 2003-2004 and 2009-2010.

He retired in March 2020 after 20 years.
