NewsChannel 13 salutes Army SFC Phillip Riccio of Queensbury.
He joined the Army in April 2011, and his service includes nine months in Afghanistan and three years in Germany.
In addition, he coordinates training missions at the Yakima Training Center in Washington state.
He is engaged to be married this year.
