Halfmoon man remains missing one year later

Thursday marked one year since a Halfmoon man disappeared.
Bilal Ashfaq was last seen walking through the parking lot of Stewart’s in Halfmoon, off Route 9, near Crescent Park on Terminal Road.
He is a vulnerable adult.
His family says he has mental health issues.
He had no wallet, no ID, no money or cellphone.
