New Caribbean-American restaurant opens in Albany

ALBANY – A new Caribbean-American restaurant is officially open in our area.

Adani’s Kitchen in Albany held a ribbon cutting ceremony on Monday morning.

Located at 290 Lark Street, the restaurant opened in February of this year for takeout and delivery, but is now fully opened with dine-in service, including an expanded outdoor seating area.

This was all made possible with city of Albany’s Expanded Patio Program.

However, the restaurant is a big leap of faith in a time when restaurant staffing is tough right now.
