Albany Medical Center is now a sea of daffodils and stuffed animals.
It’s all part of the Daffodil Days program by the American Cancer Society, where people being treated for cancer are surprised with gifts.
The daffodil is the first flower of spring. Organizers say it symbolizes bringing hope and joy to the patients.
The organization teamed up with the Double H Ranch to add a little extra joy through stuffed animals.
The money raised through the program supports research, patient services and other programs within the American Cancer Society.
