City officials celebrated the completion and dedicated the Seventh Avenue Park to longtime Troy resident Geneva Pompey.

The $1.2 million renovation includes two new basketball courts, a splash pad, bathroom facilities, new playground equipment, a pavilion, fencing, and new lighting.

The renovations were supposed to be complete last fall, but work was delayed due to the pandemic.
