Troy pair charged in car theft

Two people are under arrest, accused of stealing a car.

Dale Sousie, 42, and Henry Desnoyers, 52 – both of Troy – were arrested last Wednesday.

Sousie was driving and Desnoyers was the passenger, said investigators.

Further investigation revealed the car they were driving was reported stolen to State Police in Saratoga Springs the day before, investigators said. The two were arrested and drugs were found on Desnoyers, police said.

Both were issued appearance tickets
