Bolton Landing man sentenced for firing gun at Colonie businesses
A Bolton Landing man is heading to prison in connection to shooting at multiple Colonie businesses last May.
Christopher Huck has been sentenced to two to seven years in prison after pleading guilty to criminal mischief, the Saratoga County District Attorney’s Office said.
He fired shots at four businesses – all on Loudon Road – with a gun he stole from his family, investigators said.
The businesses hit were Uncle Sam’s Health Foods, Latham Billiard, New Country Lexus and the Gulf gas station.
Officers were able to identify Huck through monitoring surveillance footage.
