Man accused of trying to steal from Curry Freeze in Rotterdam

ROTTERDAM – Police say they caught a man trying to steal from a well-known ice cream shop.
Police responded to the Curry Freeze on Curry Road in Rotterdam for a burglary report.
Someone called 911 saying a man riding on a bicycle was at the store and tried to break a window.
Police say the man’s name is Jamal Collins.
They say he had a hammer to break the window, and he tried to steal a cash register.
