Hudson police investigating pair of shootings

Hudson police are investigating two shootings within 12 hours.

The first was Wednesday afternoon on North Fifth Street between Columbia Street and Long Alley.

Bullets went through the windshield of a parked car and a second floor window of a home. No one was hit by the gunfire.

Then around midnight Wednesday, police say a man was shot in the leg in front of Hudson Terrace Apartments. He was taken to the hospital.

Police don’t believe these incidents are connected.

They are asking for anyone with information to give them a call.
