Arrest made in 2021 Amsterdam homicide

Amsterdam Police have made an arrest in a homicide from two years ago.
Naturalwise Joseph, 35, from Central New York has been arrested in the murder of Ricardo Lopez, 37.
Lopez was found on a sidewalk on Hibbard Street in March 2021, where he had been shot in the head.
He died at Albany Medical Center.
