Early morning fire damages Troy home

The cause of a fire in Troy is under investigation.
The fire chief said the call for the fire came in around 4:30 a.m. Monday. There were flames shooting out the second floor windows when firefighters got to 512 Second St.
There were reports of people trapped inside, but the chief said that thankfully everyone made it out safe.
Most of the damage is to the second floor. There’s water damage on the first floor.

The Red Cross is helping the people displaced.
