Trial date set in April 2022 New Scotland murder

A trial date has been set for Jacob Klein, the man accused of killing a local physician assistant at his New Scotland home.
The trial is set to begin on Monday, September 18.
Klein is accused of torturing and killing Philip Rabadi, 35, in Rabadi’s home last April in New Scotland.
Police have said that Klein had a relationship with Rabadi’s wife years ago.
Klein has ties to the Albany area, but lived in Virginia. He was arrested near the Virginia-Tennessee border days after the murder.
