Albany teen admits to gun charge

A Mechanicville teenager pleaded guilty in Albany County Court to having a gun with the intent to use it against another person.
Tyler Burns, 19, pleaded guilty before Judge Ackerman Friday afternoon.
He admitted to having a gun in the area of 459 Hudson Avenue in the city of Albany.
He will be sentenced in October, and is expected to get nine years in state prison and five years of post-release supervision.
