Local teen holding fundraiser for Parkinson’s research
A local teenager is holding a fundraiser to honor her grandfather who had Parkinson’s.

Mackenzie Hamelin is hosting a charity dinner to support the Michael J Fox Foundation and Parkinson’s research.
The event is happening in October and will include a 50-50 raffle and a basket raffle featuring a number of gifts from small businesses.
There will be music, speakers and several informational tables.
Entries are $50 per person, and it will happen at the Knights of Columbus in Saratoga Springs.
The event will be on October 7 from 5 to 9.
