Jumpin’ Jacks in Scotia cancels Independence Day fireworks for 2nd year

Jumpin’ Jacks is cancelling its annual Independence Day fireworks for the second year in a row.

In a Facebook post, they said the large-sized gatherings the fireworks bring still aren’t safe.

Jumpin’ Jacks says they will be hosting water skiing shows this summer. They also note Freedom Park in Scotia will have live concerts with more summer entertainment.
