Albany police say they recovered two ghost guns and an AR-15 rifle after a person shot through an apartment floor.

Police responded to a complaint of a bullet hole in the ceiling of a basement apartment on Madison Avenue near New Scotland Avenue.

Police say the first floor resident, 29-year-old Cuyler Vanderwerker, fired a single shot into the floor of his apartment.
