The case of the man accused of kidnapping a 9-year-old girl from Moreau Lake State Park has been moved to Saratoga County Court.

Craig N. Ross Jr. had been scheduled for a hearing in Milton Town Court on Nov. 21, but that is not taking place.

His next appearance has not been scheduled.
