Heating funds available for low-income New Yorkers.

More than $360 million in funding is now available to help New Yorkers pay their home heating bills.

U.S. Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand and U.S. Rep. Paul Tonko, D-Amsterdam, announced the funding to help low-income families.

Gillibrand said still more funding is needed to address energy costs.
