A Colonie man is charged with reckless motorcycle driving for the third time since April.
Albert Torres’ most recent arrest is linked back to July 10, when he allegedly fled police.
He’s also been charged before with running a stop sign and speeding.
Police seized a motorcycle at his home last May.
They say two of the cases against Torres are still pending.
