A landlord from Queensbury is accused of trying to get revealing photographs of a woman who wanted to rent an apartment from him.
John Daly, 58, has been charged with a misdemeanor of third-degree coercion.
The victim told police that Daly asked her if he could take nude photos of her in exchange for being bumped up on a waiting list for an apartment. The woman had wanted to rent an apartment in the Dresden town of Washington County, NewsChannel 13’s media partners at The Post-Star reported.
Daly was arraigned and released on his own recognizance.
