Saratoga rower Kristi Wagner competes for U.S. Olympic team in Tokyo

Kristi Wagner finished second in Thursday’s double sculls heat to advance to the next round of competition at the Tokyo Olympics. She’s been training in Saratoga Springs since she was in high school, but for the last five years the Massachusetts native has been part of an elite rowing team. Ashley Miller has her story.
