Village Tractor Parade lights up Greenwich
Thousands turn out to see lighted tractor parade in Greenwich
Thousands of people turned out in the village of Greenwich Saturday night to see the 11th annual Holiday Lighted Tractor Parade.
This is a big deal and a really fun time. Farms, businesses, charities, all decorate their tractors – each with no fewer than a thousand lights, and at least two thousand lights if they’re pulling a float.
At least 10,000 people line the streets to watch the parade, and organizers award prizes for the best floats.
Greenwich Family Dentistry was awarded first place in the best musical float category.
The big finale included Santa and Mrs. Claus.
