Ballston Spa man sentenced to 60 days in jail for choking baby
William Burden of Ballston is accused of injuring a 1-year-old child.
A Ballston Spa man was sentenced on Thursday to 60 days in jail for hitting and choking a baby.
William Burden Jr., 31, was arrested in August 2022 after he injured a 1-year-old child, the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office said.
Burden pleaded guilty in Saratoga County Court in April to second-degree attempted assault.
Burden also received five years of probation.
