Glens Falls man faces drug charge after traffic stop

State Police arrested a Glens Falls man early Saturday morning on a drug charge following a traffic stop.

Troopers stopped a vehicle on Peck Avenue in Glens Falls for a traffic violation. The driver was identified as Taylor C. Hatch, 37, and he did not have a valid driver’s license, police said. The vehicle he was driving was also not registered, police said.

Troopers also found a controlled substance packaged in a manner intended for sale, according to police.

Hatch was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was turned over to Warren County Jail pending arraignment.
