Boy, 15, accused of raping girl, 13, in Coeymans

A 15-year-old boy in Coeymans is accused of forcefully raping a 13-year-old girl.

Investigators say the inappropriate sexual contact happened on July 10.

The boy turned himself in. He now faces several charges, including first-degree rape and second-degree unlawful imprisonment. He was released to Albany County Probation.

An order of protection was issued for the victim.
