It's been more than 15 years since a winter storm blanketed the Capital Region with ice, but for many of us who lived here then, the memories are clear as day.

This special program featured each team member sharing their professional and personal encounters from that fateful day. Additionally, viewers joined in and shared their own stories. National Grid also participated in the discussion, shedding light on the impact the storm had on their infrastructure and the measures they have implemented over the past 15 years to mitigate prolonged power outages in the event of a similar storm occurring again.
