A popular Amsterdam Drive-In restaurant is now under new ownership.

After 60 years of ownership by the DiCaprio and Durinick Family, Cappie’s drive in on Route 67 has been sold.

The new owners – a Manhattan based partnership – said they are honored to own a business with such a rich history and connection to the community.

The business will continue to operate as Cappie’s.
