Man killed in Wilton car crash

Saratoga County Sheriff’s responded to a car accident on Waller Road in the Town of Wilton on Saturday.

The operator, Keith Hedge, 60, of Gansevoort, NY, was pronounced dead on the scene, said Sheriff’s.

This happened around 8:30 p.m. Saturday.

Investigation indicated that Hedge was driving a 2014 Dodge Ram south on Waller Road, when he failed to drive around a curve in the roadway. The vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree.

Saratoga County Sheriff’s say the cause of the crash remains under investigation.

Wilton EMS and Greenfield Center Fire assisted on the scene.
