Man pleads guilty to Halfmoon burglary

A 27-year-old man has admitted to breaking into a home and stealing a debit card in June.

Dylan Benaquista, who is listed as homeless, pleaded guilty in Saratoga County Court on Tuesday to third-degree burglary.

Benaquista was arrested on June 10 after police said he broke into a home on Cemetery Road and came into physical contact with the person living there, investigators said.

Benaquista is scheduled to be sentenced on April 16.
