Bountiful Bread to close Schenectady location

Bountiful Bread in Schenectady is closing.

The company announced on Facebook the location at 108 State St. will close this Friday, Feb. 16.

The Stuyvesant Plaza location in Guilderland is staying open.

“We made the difficult decision to close the cafe so we can focus on our breads, sweets, and catering operations,” the company said in a Facebook post.

The closure will have no effect on Valentine’s Day treats, the company said.
