There is a unique art auction that is online now to benefit the local non-profit, Thoroughbred Retirement Foundation. The Saratoga Springs-based horse rescue organization was founded in 1983 and it currently has more than 400 retired or rehabbing thoroughbreds in its care. The online art auction runs through Thursday, February 29 with proceeds benefitting TRF’s Second Chances program. The artwork was created by inmates in California who are part of Second Chances, learning to care for horses.
