Man, 76, charged with exposing himself to kids at Niskayuna Stewart’s

A man is accused of exposing himself to kids at a Stewart’s in Niskayuna.

It happened Tuesday afternoon at the Consaul Road shop, police said.

Timothy Jacobson, 76, fled the scene, said police. Police later tracked him down and arrested him.

Jacobson is charged with public lewdness and endangering the welfare of a child.

He was arraigned on Wednesday, released and is due back in court at a later date.
