Nalik Sealy, a man charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon, was supposed to be in court on Wednesday.
However, his appearance has been rescheduled, the Albany County Court clerk said.
Sealy, 25, will now appear in front of a judge on April 3.
He was originally indicted in September on second-degree murder charges,
which were soon dropped.
Now he is facing charges of murder and criminal possession of a weapon after being reindicted last month.
His charges stem from the deadly shooting of Shieer Leggett back in August.
Sealy and a co-defendant, Dontie Mitchell, are accused of drawing their guns and firing after a fight.
