Man shot by Albany police arraigned in court
Jordan Young was in Albany County court to face new and more serious charges against him. NewsChannel 13 was the only camera in the courtroom.

He’s the man shot by Albany police earlier this year, after police officers say he lunged at them with a knife.
The incident was captured on body camera video that night.
It was revealed in court that since his release from Albany Med in April, Young was charged with two new misdemeanors, accused of violating an order of protection.
His attorney, Rebekah Sokol, is arguing for Young to remain free saying his health is still dire.
If convicted, Young faces up to 20 years in prison.
