Beloved Greene County K-9 dies

The Greene County Sheriff’s Office is mourning the death of K-9 Havoc.

His partner, Investigator Kristopher Danko, was there by his side, the sheriff’s office said.

Havoc and Danko worked together for the last eight years executing searches, apprehensions, recoveries, and attending community events.

Havoc retired and spent his time with Danko’s family, protecting his children and a flock of chickens.

Havoc was 8 years old.
