Two years since New Scotland murder, family of deceased starts foundation in their honor

Today marks two years since the brutal killing of physician assistant, Philip Rabadi.

The 35-year-old was attacked and murdered in his home in the Town of New Scotland on April 13, 2022.

Jacob Klein was convicted of the crime and is currently serving a prison sentence of 25 years to life.

Prosecutors say Klein carried out the vicious crime because he was jealous his ex-girlfriend had moved on, and married Rabadi.

The Rabadi family has started a foundation in Philip’s honor to raise money for scholarships and for charitable groups across the Capital Region.

The foundation is called ‘Phil With Love.’

NewsChannel 13 has learned there is a big donation from the organization in the works right now.
