Saratoga County man accused of robbery

A Saratoga County man is accused of robbing a person during a domestic incident.

Jose C. Sartin, 30, of Middle Grove, allegedly struck another person in the face and stole property, the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office said.

The incident took place on Saturday at around 5:30 p.m. on Route 29 in the town of Galway, police said.

Sartin was charged with third-degree robbery and misdemeanor assault. He was arraigned in Milton Town Court and released on his own recognizance.
