A Brooklyn-based butcher shop has just opened a location in Hudson.

It’s called The Meat Hook and it’s up and running on Warren Street.

The company was founded in 2009.

It currently has two locations in Brooklyn.

The Hudson location offers multiple cuts of meat, along with fish, cheese, prepared foods and more.

The meats come from family farms, including some right here in the 518.

Fresh produce and grocery items are also available.

The Hudson shop is open Thursday through Monday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
