Police: Albany man possessed child pornography

An Albany man is accused of possessing child pornography.

Daniel J. Lusignan, 23, allegedly had images consist with child sexual exploitation, State Police said.

Lusignan was charged with possessing a sexual performance by a child.

He was arraigned in Albany City Criminal Court and released on his own recognizance.
