Deborah Budhraj, 52, and her husband Adesh Budhraj, 54, of Ballston Lake, owned Tropics Restaurant & Bar. They were sentenced Wednesday to time served, followed by two years of supervised release.
They pleaded guilty to federal charges of conspiring with each other to defraud loan programs.
They sold the bar, and applied for Paycheck Protection Program loans after they no longer ran the establishment.
The defendants must each pay a $5,000 fine, and have already paid $558,514 in restitution.
