Officials seek to prevent tragedy on the water
Theresa DaBiere-Craig is hopng that no parent should have to go through what she has.
She lost her 18-year-old son Sean in a boating accident on Great Sacandaga Lake on July 30, 2016. He went overboard and the next thing she heard was that the boat was circling without an operator.
Theresa said her son should have been wearing a life vest and there should have been an engine cutoff device on the boat that would have shut the engine off.
