Fundraiser to raise money for veterans in Saratoga County

The Veterans Business Council of the Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce is holding a fundraiser. It’s called the VBC Jamboree.
The event is the council’s traditional cornhole tournament and is expected to be bigger and better this year.
This evening of fun and festivities is aimed at raising funds for veterans’ initiatives of the Veterans Business Council. That includes connecting veterans with the business community to enhance their knowledge of employment opportunities, career or entrepreneurial training, and new business development.
The jamboree is on May 23 at the Gurtler Brothers VFW Post 420 in Saratoga Springs.
Besides the cornhole tournament, there’s also barbecue and live entertainment.
