Possible Albany County cyberbreach under investigation

Albany County is investigating a possible cybersecurity breach.
County Executive Dan McCoy said in a statement the county is doing a comprehensive analysis this weekend. McCoy said the county is not aware of any data that was accessed.
The New York State Division of Homeland Security and the Emergency Services Cyber Incident Response Team is helping with the investigation.
People will not be able to seek certificates of residency online. They will have to call the Division of Finance.
