An 85-year-old Granville man is accused of having sexual contact with a girl under 13. It happened over a four-year period, investigators said.
An 85-year-old Granville man is accused of having sexual contact with a girl under 13. It happened over a four-year period, investigators said.
Ralph F. White, 85, was charged with sexual abuse, course of sexual conduct against a child and endangering the welfare of a child.
He was arraigned in Washington County Centralized Arraignment Court and released on his own recognizance.
He is due in Granville Town Court at a later date.
