Police: Two Malta men had stolen trailer
Two people are accused of possessing a stolen vehicle.
Philip J. McCulloch, 36, of Halfmoon, and 38-year-old Cohoes resident Tashawna S.D. Daniel were stopped Sunday just before 5 p.m. in a vehicle that had been reported stolen from Troy the previous charge.
Two men from Malta are accused of having a stolen trailer.
Jacques S. Boisvert, 45, and Jacques A. Boisvert IV, 20, allegedly, took the vehicle from Hubbs Road on April 23, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office. The trailer had a value greater than $3,000.
Both men were charged with criminal possession of stolen property. They were arraigned in Malta Town Court. The elder Boisvert was released to pretrial services and the younger Boisvert was released on his own recognizance.
