Queensbury sting leads to drug charges for Brooklyn man

A Brooklyn man is accused of selling crack cocaine to an undercover officer.

Rashad D. Harvey, 33, also allegedly had over 200 grams packaged for sale in a room at a Queensbury hotel where he was staying, along with equipment consistent with a drug sales operation, according to the Warren County Sheriff’s Office.

Harvey was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count of criminal sale of a controlled substance.

He was arraigned in Warren County Centralized Arraignment Court and sent to Warren County Jail.
