Albany man admits to package thefts
Kerith Jones admits to stealing at least two packages from various buildings in Albany.
An Albany man has admitted to a series of package thefts.
Kerith Jones pleaded guilty on Thursday to two counts of third-degree burglary. He unlawfully entered a residence on Ontario Street on April 17 and one on Broadway on April 23and repeatedly stole packages.
The plea satisfies other eight uncharged burglaries. He faces 5 to 10 years in prison when sentenced on Sept. 5.
